Looking for an easy going Head Chef to cook fancy ranch meals for 55 guests and 45 staff meals. Guest season is 12 weeks long - then hunting begins and we run a small restaurant business in the lodge. Easy menu with nightly specials. Winter is snowmobiling with breakfast buffets, a few lunches and dinners. Must be able to delegate responsibilities to kitchen staff and run an efficient and clean kitchen.
