Howdy from Kevin, Lisa and the entire Tesch family of Tarryall River Ranch!  We are in our 10th year of owning and operating Tarryall and have a passion for our guests, horses, and the Western lifestyle.  Our passion comes through in every aspect of our ranch, from the major necessities like matching guests perfectly to the right horse to the smallest details of meal presentation.  We love sharing our little slice of heaven with so many fantastic people from around the world and would love for you to share in the experience and magic of Tarryall River Ranch!
Our capacity is on the smaller side for dude ranches which is an asset that allows us to offer an exceptionally unique and personalized experience to all of our guests!  Stop by our corner of the West and you will fall in love with our warm Western hospitality, superb food, spectacular riding, outstanding fishing, fun childrens and teen programs, breath-taking scenery, and much more all on hand to give you the best vacation you have ever had!

Families

As a family, we feel quality time together is very important, so from June to September, we put an immense amount of focus and effort into families and ensuring you have the time of your life!  We offer superb (optional) childrens and teens programs with a large variety of diverse and fun activities!  Activities range from specialty rides to hikes, tubing to swimming, sand volleyball to horseshoes, and the list goes on.  Our evening activities like line dancing, hayride, and country singer are very family friendly.  We offer horseback rides for all levels to accommodate the different ages and abilities of your family.  Every aspect of the Ranch is designed with family fun in mind!
We want to make a stay at Tarryall for families with very young children as enjoyable as possible, so for those parents with children under three, we are happy to offer childcare while you are riding the trails.  
If you are looking into a family reunion, our size makes it is very possible you could have the entire ranch and all its amenities to yourselves!  It is a unique opportunity for a family reunion to enjoy an entire ranch exclusively to themselves for a whole week.  A 10% discount is offered to family reunions of 20 or more for 6 nights.

Singles and Couples

Tarryall is an excellent destination for singles and couples and you will feel especially at home!  Our smaller size helps everyone come together and feel a part of the Ranch family while enjoying a fantastic experience of the West.  From horseback rides to evening activities and meals together with guests and staff, a vacation with us is always fun and exceptional!  We work very hard to accommodate all people and ensure the vacation-of-a-lifetime.  Check out our website for adult-only weeks and be sure to look over the reviews from our guests on our website and Trip Advisor!  

Groups

We welcome groups of all kinds at Tarryall River Ranch!  The setup of the ranch and design of our program is the perfect fit for groups looking to getaway on a retreat, build relationships through team building, or just looking for something fun to do.       

We are proud of our first-rate riding and activities, but what makes dude and guest ranch vacations at Tarryall so unique and unmatched are the feelings you experience throughout the week!  It is the feelings of making great friends with other guests and the wonderful staff.  It is the bright eyes and big smiles as children recap their horse ride to "The Secret Fort" at dinner.  It is the excitement as adults share their experience of trotting and loping.  It is the laughter all week and the teary goodbyes.  On no other vacation will you feel so at home, comfortable, and a part of something truly magical!  What it all comes down to in the end are the memories made, and at Tarryall those memories will last a lifetime!
